24 hours…,they replaced my grill and touch up paint from someone backing into me. They handled all the rental car process and I picked up a perfectly cleaned, repaired car 24 hours later. On top of that the customer service was incredibly nice. Highly recommend.

Incredible costumer service and excellent repair. The other driver's insurance was paying, and the staff at Joe Hudson made the process as painless for me as possible, especially with the rental car. Stephanie at the front desk should get paid extra for consulting--she's wonderful!

It was the little things that mattered, the texts letting me know where they were at in the process and apologies if there was any delays. They even washed my car after working on her.
