Great experience with Mike at his shop. Toyota owner here for years. I live in Columbus and Ladd Malone was my guy till he retired. I could always count on him to do the job right, with the right parts. I had to have my rear axle bearings replaced in my Tacoma, you want someone who knows what they are doing for this kind of job. I was considering having the repair done at a dealership. Mike was recommended to me by people that I take great value in their opinion. Mike diagnosed my issue and confirmed what I suspected. His shop is impressively clean and he uses OEM parts. Did the work on time so I wasn't without my truck for my commute home to Columbus. Very happy with the experience. Mike is definitely going to be our long term mechanic! One of the most wholesome and genuine guys I have ever met in the auto industry! His shop is clean and impressive! He was super quick to do our general maintenance on our bmw X5! Very good pricing! I 100% recommend!

I had a downpipe installed on my BMW M4, but unfortunately, the experience wasn’t good. After the work was done, I asked for my catalytic converters back, and he told me he had thrown them in a dumpster. These parts are valuable and should have been returned to me. Very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and accountability.

Mike is a knowledgeable car enthusiast. He treats my car like he treats his own. That's what keeps me coming back. When I'm looking for advice, I trust his judgement. Most of all he's honest. Took my car in for an oil change and he noticed a water pump that was about to go bad. "Okay, fix it." I never questioned him or doubted him, but he still sent me pictures of the problem anyway. I don't really know how he could improve upon a business model based on knowledge and honesty.
