Very impressed with professional and friendly staff, timelines, quality of work, etc. Had one weird noise that we had to return for (which they wouldn’t have heard without going at highway speeds) and they took care of it on the spot. Highly recommend. My car had been hit and was banged up good, but it’s great now. It was an insurance claim.

I took my vehicle here on December 1st to get my bumper repaired after I was rear ended. The shop told me that my car would be completed on December 17th. It is currently New Year’s Eve, and I am still without my car. I have told the car multiple times that I rely on my vehicle for work, and that I cannot use a rental car to work. Any time I call the body shop, they give me some roundabout answer on “oh we are waiting on progressive to approve something” or they’re waiting on a mechanic to calibrate something, and I’ve gotten tired of their inability to fix either give me a straight answer, or give me my car. Any update that I have received I’ve had to either directly call Joe Hudson’s or contact progressive, which has lead to a constant headache! I would rather total my car than take it t

It was ready way beforehand and when I picked it up I got into my vehicle and it was so clean! The floors were spotless I had to go back in and thank them because I couldnt believe it!!! And the work to fix all my scratches looked beautiful too

I really tried to give this shop the benefit of the doubt, but after bringing my car back five times (they told my insurance it was only two buy i brought it back 4 times the first day i got it back), it still wasn't properly fixed. The main issue was a window that was not installed correctly (which another shop found and fixed), and despite multiple visits, the problem was either ignored or downplayed like it wasn’t a big deal. I was made to feel like I was imagining it, which was incredibly frustrating. They try to rush you out so when i finally hot home i found other stuff that they could have done better with. What made things worse was getting a follow-up call from them asking me to leave a review — as if everything had gone smoothly. That was the final straw. Thankfully, I took my
