If there were an option to give ZERO stars I would. They are very nice when they sell you a car or truck but once they have your money you are nothing to them. Run as far away from this place as possible!!! I purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 from them on Nevember 7th that had 25 miles on it. As it was being delivered to my home the sales manager called me and told me that the brake and suspension system lights came on and that it was most likely the battery and to get it replaced for free at a local dealership. Fast forward 10 weeks and my new truck has now been in for service 4 times for a total of 47 days. I have called this dealership multiple times and talked to a "manager", one whose name was Bruce, who promised to help me out and call me back. I have NEVER received a follow-up call

I had a great experience working with Preston! He was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles. He took the time to answer all my questions and made the process of getting my vehicle smooth and easy. I highly recommend seeing Preston if you're looking for great service and someone who really knows their stuff.

The sales and finance departments were nice during the sale. It has now been 40 days and the dealership has refused to honor the contract and pay off my trade in. I have contacted the dealership multiple times. The last conversation with the dealership was that their corporate office was refusing to release funds. I asked for a corporate number and was given a number for another dealership. Nobody answers the phone there. So while people were nice I am currently stuck paying for 2 vehicles. So exactly how am I to contact anyone. We have talked to many many people and have been told countless different stories. When we asked to speak to someone in corporate, because we were told corporate was withholding funds, we were giving to number to Joe Maus Mitsubishi, which nobody answered. So if J

If I could give zero stars I would. A few months ago, my fiancé traded in his old truck for his dream Dodge Ram. It has now been over 100 days since the trade-in, and they have STILL not paid it off. Despite consistently contacting them, they haven’t taken any action. They broke the law, and now he’s stuck with two car payments to avoid damaging his credit due to their failure to pay off his trade. I cannot in good faith ever recommend this dealership after the experience we have had.

I purchased a used 2017 GMC Acadia from Joe Maus CDJR of Dublin in August 2025. I am writing this review to warn future customers about a severe, unaddressed safety issue and the management's disgraceful refusal to fix it. THE SAFETY FAILURE (Non-Functional Emergency Key): My vehicle's battery recently died, putting me in an emergency situation where I needed to use the mechanical key blade hidden inside the key fob to manually unlock the door. This essential safety feature failed completely. The key blade would not turn the lock cylinder, rendering the vehicle inaccessible and forcing me to pay for professional lockout service. The fact that the dealership sold me a car with an uncut or faulty key blade is a serious lapse that disabled the car's most basic emergency entry system. THE
