Joe Mays Towing came to my home in the middle of the night and towed my car from the parking lot without cause. I’ve parked in the same spot every single day for the past two years with no issues. I got home from work around 8 PM, parked as usual, and when I went outside at 8 AM to leave for work, my car was gone. They towed it 10 miles away and then had the nerve to charge me $300 to get back a vehicle that never should’ve been touched. The person who claimed to be the manager was extremely rude during the entire interaction. He told me my car was towed because my permit “wasn’t shown,” even though it absolutely was. He also admitted they towed another car because the permit was “hidden,” which tells me they are not even properly checking for permits before towing people’s vehicles. Th
