Friendly and honest. Our car broke down while traveling. We quickly found out that many transmission shops don't work on CVT type transmissions which is what broke on our 2017 Honda Accord. He quickly found a used transmission with low miles and saved us a couple thousand dollars by not having to buy a remanufactured one. Prices are reasonable and the service is great. I called Ammco Transmissions for comparison and they said that the deal we were getting was decent. We dropped our car off on December 16 and it was ready around the 1st week of Jan, considering that this period had two holidays, I'll call that a win. Back on the road running great.

After walking in and pleasantly being greeted by Lisa, I quickly began to feel at ease and knew I had come to the right place. Lisa began listening closely as I explained the problem I was having with my transmission and cruise control. Traveling through Shreveport, my transmission went out unexpectedly. Lisa and Dale at Joe Rachal’s Transmission Shop were incredible! Lisa got us in right away, Dale diagnosed the truck within an hour and provided a very fair repair cost. Lisa personally drove us to our hotel when the truck couldn’t be driven. The truck was fixed 2 days later—plus they topped off our oil and washer fluid at no charge. Honest, fast, and above-and-beyond service. Highly recommend!
