Jim @ Joe Ricci got me into this beautiful 2016 RAM 1500 EcoDiesel. They worked with me on so many levels to get me into the truck I truly wanted out of their huge selection of Dodge RAMS. The down payment was less than you’d spend buying someone else’s problems in a private sale of a used vehicle and the monthly payment isn’t bad at all for a truck this new, in this good of condition and with so low mileage. A couple weeks down the road a couple sensors unfortunately malfunctioned on the truck and needed replaced. But the guys at Joe Ricci stood by their sale and ordered the parts for me, giving me a loaner to drive for the time being and got the repair done for me no charge. Don’t waste your time buying a vehicle you aren’t sure the history of, ending up stuck with a “old car payment

I went and seen Jim Bosak there. He helped me above and beyond. The car I got isn't what I wanted but it is so much better than I ever expected. I got a 2015 jeep Cherokee trailhawk. He was friendly, and caring. I truly appreciate his time and effort to make it happen for me.

I love my car I got from them an Chris did help me but he didn’t tell the truth on the complete cost for the vehicle he lied to me and I found out it’s way way more then what he did me and it’s not worth it for 2016 but now I’m stuck with it
