I purchased a vehicle recently from this dealership due to my past history (decades) and that of other family members with the Confer dealership in State College. An issue arose post-sale that warranted a resolution. Sparing the details, I’m submitting this review to declare that both Cory and Joel responded over and above in their efforts to remedy this customer’s from the beginning to the end. We were treated respectfully, professionally, stree-free, with good will and in the end achieved fairness along with customer satisfaction. A message to the customer/buyers, mutual outcomes require that they also respond or “behave” in kind.
