Very nice guy and explains things to you. Installed the parts that I had ordered for my car since my mechanic was out of commission for a few months. He had no problem with it and made sure my computer codes were all clear so it can pass inspection. He did a great job and definitely would recommend him as an honest and knowledgeable mechanic. Highly recommend Joel's Auto Technology. I originally took my car to a dealership in Westville. They told me that 3 of my tire pressure sensors were bad and they suggested I replace all 4 & the cost would be over $600. I took it to Joel's and he informed me that only 2 were bad and charged me a little over $100 for the repair. I am so happy to have found an honest mechanic after years of searching. So sick of years of going to places guessing at what's wrong and paying for parts I didn't need. I won't go anywhere else from here on out & I will recommend this place to everyone I can.

Dropped off early in the morning and went to breakfast. Came back and Joel was pulling the car out of the garage. Perfect timing. I like the way he treats his customers.

My experience with Joel's Auto was the kind that everyone should feel when they take their car to a repair shop, especially is a stressed situation. Joel as well as his mechanic (Atel), was very attentive to my story, assured me that my problem was easily fixable and charged me a very affordable fee. I am very happy with Joel's service. I might add that I never knew him nor did business with him in the past. But I will be sure to come back anytime I need an honest opinion and good service. Do yourself a favor, go talk to Joel and... stay away from Mr. Tire!! They are absolutely horrible (and expensive!) from my experience.
