Michael Buchanan, you're store manager in glassboro is one of the nicest people i have ever met in the auto/service type businesses. While waiting for my new tires to be installed I overheard him dealing with 6-8 customers and every one of them was treated as well as I was. You're company is very lucky to have him as an employee and I would recommend either a raise or a promotion....and I am not a friend or relative, just one happy customer... In August 2024 we needed new tires. The tires were original to our 2018 Subaru Outback. We took the car to the Glassboro Mr Tire and had all four tires replaced. The total was $1137. In November of that year we noticed the TPMS light continuously coming on, so we took the car back to the Glassboro Mr Tire and they recommended we replace one of the sensors so we did. The total was about $115. About 14 months later, it started happening again. So we brought it to the Oaklyn Mr Tire because we had moved. They checked the sensors and recommended that ALL 4 be replaced. They said they have to be replaced every couple of years. But that’s weird because we’re older and this has never happened to us in our entire lives before using Mr Tire. So I googled it and yes, tire sensors do go bad—every 6-
Recently caught a nail in the tread of my tire at around 4 in the afternoon. Because places normally close shortly after no one would patch/plug it before I had to leave for work that night. These guys took my car no problem, did a great job, super friendly, was in and out in less than an hour. Would highly recommend
