I purchased a dodge ram 1500 in July 2025 for my family spare vehicle. It is a high milage truck but perfect and I couldn’t be happier. My first contact was by phone on with Tea the finance manger. She was very knowledgable and set me up with salesman Gary who was also awesome. After Gary and I met and he shown me the truck Gary and Tea made the purchase easy. Gary’s detailing crew had the truck looking new and mechanically sound. I have actually been using it daily, I would highly recommend Joelscarz and will purchase again when the time comes!!!

Not only the best used car i have ever purchased but just great experiences all around. Process was fast from test drive to heading home. Finance department took extra time to improve the final numbers. Service department has also been phenomenal with oil changes and any questions I have. Just a very solid experience I am willing to drive a few extra miles for.

Would give zero stars if it was possible this was my first time car buying experience and it has been nothing but problems with my truck they shine them up and send you on your way I’ve put $4,000+ into my truck and it’s only been 3-4 months from simple little things that they would “fix” and never do all the way to having to do major motor work they don’t offer you any compensation now I’m paying on a vehicle for 7 yrs that is nothing but problems after problems if you don’t like wasting your money I would advise going elsewhere they sell polished turds if it was possible to return my vehicle the first day I would of they don’t care about you or your car needs they just want your money DO BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!!!! They claim if you leave them a 5 star review your first oil change is free
