Their flexibility and commitment to customer care have always impressed me. Since 2018, after spending a significant amount at my previous dealer, I discovered this place. From the moment I walked in, they treated me exceptionally well. It’s important to choose a service provider that aligns with your preferences and needs.

I recently found this place and so far I love coming here. He's honest with what my car needs without making me feel like an idiot, also never pushes for more than what is necessary. I get my oil changes here, not too long of a wait, and recently got my breaks replaced here.

Grateful to have found this place (as other auto shops were closed on Saturday) Joe was knowledgeable & answered all of our questions. Fixed our vehicle! I would definitely recommend this auto shop & would more than likely use Joes Automotive in the future. Being kind really does go a long way & says a lot about someone's character....take note, it is very possible to run a business all while being a kind human & Joe is just that!

This is the best mechanic shop ever!!! Joe is so honest, kind, and down to earth. I got a bunch of different quotes on my car and he was by the far most affordable. He kept me in the loop throughout the whole process and I got my car back sooner than expected. It felt like a brand new car! Very happy with the results and will be a customer for life.

Steve's was recommended to me as a auto shop who is HONEST and gives his customer's EXCELLENT work. HE DOES!!! As a senior citizen I was concerned about Quality and Honesty. I would give them 6 STARS had that option been available.
