Faro did a great job fixing our Toyota. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had the car ready in time for our 800-mile road trip the very next day. I usually maintain my own vehicle, so I’m cautious about hiring a mechanic, but Faro was sincere, transparent, and his assessment matched exactly what I already knew about the car. I believe he’s the owner—he shook my hand and left a little grease on mine, which honestly told me everything I needed to know about the kind of person and shop this was. Kevin, who also worked on the car, was very professional as well. I really appreciated the extra care taken with the inspection knowing we had a long trip ahead. Highly recommend.

I have been bringing various cars here (mostly Lexus) for many years, and have yet to have a bad experience. Once or twice (over the course of 20+ years) I have had to bring a car back for another look at a problem, but they always have responded professionally and courteously and got it taken care of in a timely manner. They are an honest shop with reasonable prices and do good work. I highly recommend them.

I stopped here quite frantically because I thought I had a flat tire. I had spent a couple minutes filling up the tire across the street to no avail. The owner took the time to analyze my car and was very kind and patient with me. Would recommend to anyone who is in need of repair! 10/10

My family and I have been bringing cars to Joe’s for 30+ years. They’re truly the best. The new owner, Faro, is no exception. He fit me in the morning of an out of state move to check a last minute problem with my brakes. He was so accommodating and kind and thorough. He put my safety as the first priority and made sure everything was in order. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The guys at Joe's were very friendly and totally professional. Everthing was clearly explained and there were no surprises at the end. They made my appointment, gave my estimate and finished the work all within the timeline they proposed. The price was consistent with a couple of other shops that I had talked to while trying to decide who to go to. We had no complaints and I will probably use them for other automotive repair needs in the future.
