Gratitude for this place. It's clean and clearly marked both inside the facility and out. Check in is easy and direct. Had paperwork issues but it was sorted quickly by the great loading dock staff. Very friendly and happy to assist. They gave me a cold water bottle for my troubles, which might not seem like much but the sentiment goes a long way. Always happy to pick-up/deliver here.

Message to Truck Drivers These stars are for Security guards, extremely nice and professional. Drop and hook...simple ...3 stars As far as The Yard Man.DO NOT TALK TO HIM! Nasty, rude,mean as if he hates his job. IF, You have a problem, I advise you to go back to security guard. If you have ANY encounters with him, don't argue, don't say nothing unless you absolutely have to; Remember, You are the Professional ; He is Not; You will indeed be tested if you talk to him. .Let him have his Nasty condescending attitude;. Do your job and get out. Overall ,John Deere facilities are Awesome; However, Some people with Too much power Will vomit thrash out their mouth with no filter. Just recieved my 2020 John Deere x758 tractor on 12/10/2020 Love it can you tell me the HP is 24 and what is the Torque cant find specifications.

Advise For drivers and truckers The staff at the shipping and receiving department are extremely rude. I suggest you don’t argue with any of them, just pickup/drop off and leave. Whatever they say or do just tell them “sure” so you can make sure that you’re in and out and not delayed.

Hands down, the best John Deere we've ever loaded our semi at!!! Normally, we dread loading at any John Deere. Horicon has their act together! Wait and load time were very minimal!! (Under an hour total)! Thank you and please continue the great work!
