I trust this shop for all our car care. From oil changes to body work to towing. Now, we even bought a car from them, and it was the most seamless experience I’ve ever had. They truly cared about the shape of the car before they sold it to us. Also, the office ladies are awesome! Especially Shelly who helped with all my pre-sale questions!

Vic’s is amazing! I’ve done work with them in the past first time was last winter when I rammed a curb in my Nissan rogue they towed and fixed it and used great parts! Now I have a 2012 ford fusion and today they fixed my sun glass holder and map lights up front! Thank you Vic’s! The lady’s at the front are always super friendly!! ❤️

Accommodating and will go the extra mile for you. Our AAA+ membership got us towed from Beaver Dam to Monroe. If I could give 10 stars I would. They saved our butts.

I bought a car from Vic's in June. The buying was an easy process and they have had excellent customer service since then. Any question or concern, they are right there to help. The check engine light was on. I made an appointment and it was very reasonable. I have had a great experience with them.

We've used Vic's for years to tow our broken down cars and trucks mostly. They have the needed tools and skilled technicians to make most any situation flow easily from "OMG ,what am I going to do " to " Whew! That was easy breezy, lemon squeezy". Which makes my life so much more simplified. We hit a deer way out in the sticks. No worries though cause I called Vic's! Thanks again!
