John Jones Chevrolet of Scottsburg

I worked mainly with Kent in the service dept., he was extremely helpful and friendly, he was very forthcoming with the services I needed and pricing (including labor). I'm from east Tennessee so this is my first experience with John Jones Chevrolet and I will say I was very impressed. Thank you for fixing my baby, a 2017 Camaro ss 2ss correctly and quickly, I won't hesitate to bring her back if she ever gets sick again 😆.

Amazing service department, we had an emergency car repair needed and they fit us in right away. Ordered the parts gave us an amazingly fair price and then even drove our entire family to a hotel for the night while we wait in repairs. I cannot say enough good things about this establishment. The people are so caring and amazing, they really helped me a tough situation just oh so much better. Please pay them a visit, they are wonderful people and they do good business.

Two years ago, I changed service for our 2022 Equinox from Coyle Chevrolet in Clarksville to John Jones in Scottsburg. The experience was more personal and better at John Jones until yesterday. A motor oil supplement and a fuel system cleaner were recommended as additional services. The same services were recommended to another customer sitting close to me in the waiting room. It struck me as automatic add-ons to increase dealer profit. This is a 3-year-old vehicle with only 30,000 miles on it with recommended GM synthetic oil changes every 5,000 miles and a habit of using tier 1 gasolines. The car certainly did not need an oil additive, and I have been using recommended gasolines. Furthermore, I agreed to have air filter and cabin filter changed. The changes were recommended at 30,000 m

Buyer Beware! They sell GM lemons and will not honor lemon laws. The service department cannot fix an $80k 2025 Duramax and almost caught it on fire. Had to hire an attorney several months ago and now GM and this dealership are dragging it out in hopes I put more miles on the truck. General Manager and Service Manager advise they are not “refusing” to work on it but they will never callback or allow me to schedule an appointment. This is what you get for being a loyal customer to this dealership, what a joke.

Stopped in randomly to test drive a couple cars to make a comparison before deciding on our final choice. We ended up purchasing a new Equinox that day. Mr.Fitzgerald was our sales person and he made the whole process easy. Unlike other dealerships we felt no pressure to buy and it was simple from start to finish. We are very happy we gave this dealership a chance.
