John Pledger's Auto Body

Quintessential Professional! Donald offers, by far, the best professionalism and customer service I have ever experienced from anyone in the auto body repair industry. His willingness to impart the knowledge he has as it relates to insurance claims is invaluable. The quality of work coming out of his shop is excellent. Thank you for treating me like family.

John Pledger’s Auto Body did an amazing job stripping, straightening and painting my 65 Mustang to it original color, i wish i could upload before and after pics for you all as proof.. They were very patient and answered all my questions.. Their attention to detail and verifying the work being done as they progressed was amazing ! They even took pictures for me in each phase it was in.. The team did an outstanding job restoring the 65 Mustang to better than it was leaving the showroom floor in 65.. :) Thank you John Pledgers !!!

No one enjoys being in an accident, and from the start, it felt like everything that could go wrong did — problems with Progressive, the tow company, and endless back-and-forth. After all the delays and confusion, Progressive ultimately decided to total the vehicle. The shining light in this whole month-long debacle was the incredible team at John’s Auto Body. They were the only shop willing and able to take on the repairs for my BMW — even Caliber Collision said they couldn’t handle it. While my insurance company tried to cut corners and use parts that would have voided my warranty, John’s stayed firmly on my side. They were 100% transparent throughout the process, kept me informed, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was handled the right way. In today’s world, it’s hard

I just had my car repaired at John Pledger's Auto Body, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain everything to me, which I really appreciated. They were honest about what needed to be done and how long it would take, so there were no surprises. When I finally picked up my car, I was blown away! Not only did they fix the damage perfectly, but they also detailed the entire car. It looked like it just rolled off the showroom floor! Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the service and the quality of work. If you’re looking for a place that truly cares about their customers and does amazing work, look no further than John Pledger's Auto Body. Thank you so much for
