Our experience with John Roberts Toyota was great from start to finish. Our salesperson Austin was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful in all aspects of the buying process. He worked with us to smoothly secure a great deal on our new Tundra. Our experience with the finance gentleman (Jordan) was equally as smooth. We highly recommend this dealership. We live in Knoxville and were happy to drive to Manchester to do business with them. This dealership’s personal lifetime warranty on the power train was also a big plus!

Best car buying experience I have ever had. My sales person, caleb, was very knowledgeable and thorough. The sales managers Rick and Corey make everything very easy and fast. No high pressure sales stuff! Both finance manager, Dan and Jordan were awesome to work with. Really enjoying my new Tundra!

Austin was great from the time we set foot on the lot in September and our truck arriving in November. Dan was also great with the finance area. They both answered all our questions. One of the things we really appreciated is there was “no high pressure selling happening”. I highly recommend working with these two. After having the Tundra for a little over three months I must say I made the right decision in getting it. Highly recommend. Went in for a first service and was greeted by the service department. Got checked in and they finished everything in under 30 minutes line promised and even included a wash.

This is the second vehicle that I have bought from here this year, Austin was our salesman both times. Austin was such a respectful and honest young man, he listened to my concerns and validated my concerns. He was caring and has a great sense of humor! The sales manager was also excellent, answering all questions thoroughly that came up during signing, and then made sure that I understood what he had explained. Austin has changed my opinion on purchasing vehicles through a dealership and I will be back to see him in August when my other daughter turns 16. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
