I would like to commend Henry and Ed from the service department for their outstanding professionalism and customer service. I brought in my 2019 Kia Sportage with approximately 85,000 miles due to performance concerns, and they ensured that the necessary repairs were fully covered under warranty and completed efficiently. Throughout the process, the service team provided clear communication and regular updates regarding the issue and repair timeline. When I picked up my vehicle, it was running perfectly. The overall experience was excellent, and I truly appreciated the added courtesy of transportation to Bayside after dropping off my car. I highly recommend this service department.

It seems they don't do anything other than deceive. They have absolutely no integrity and are a place you can't trust. Thanks to their repeated deceptions, I've become smarter. I've fixed my car's problems at other repair shops for less than a quarter of what they quoted. I'll never go there again, and I'll remind you again: don't believe anything they say.

I went there for an Oil change. Their service was wonderful and took care of my car. The gentleman Henry made sure my waiting time was comfortable.
