This is not what a typical mechanic shop looks like anymore! Most shops have a nice waiting room and all the flare. If you’re not from around here you might think this is not a shop who could take care of your new/old vehicle. You could be furthest from the truth. Also know that, shops that are pleasant to the eye come at an additional cost *wink*. These guys know what they’re doing. They knew what the issue was and got it fixed up in no time. They were right on the money *no pun intended*. Update: I appreciate the work they did on my cars in the past. It’s getting tougher to fix newer cars and so I take my newer ones elsewhere. It’s a small town so it’s understandable that they don’t always have everything they need for specific jobs.

We drove in from Michigan with a Ford Escape that needed a front wheel bearing replaced. It was Christmas eve and John got us right in. The job did require a return trip for a slight adjustment but all went well and the crew there fixed us up quick. Very satisfied. Always chancy trying to find good vehicle service when away from home but no worries at Wilbanks.

They were nice enough to check out my mom's car and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately they were booked up but we set a day to take it back in. Very pleasant and was very right on with the diagnosis. Explained everything so she could understand it. Great job !!!

I had one aluminum wheel with washed out mounting holes caused from having the wrong lug nuts. He replaced all wheel lug nuts and bolts and the wheel itself which I had previously bought. He did it all in a very short time and a very reasonable price. Thank you John
