Poor customer service. I called this Oreilys because I was on my way back, I had just bought something 10 min prior and it turned out to be the wrong thing and I told them I would arrive right before nine. They told me the registers “automatically shut off at 9” and I told them okay I’ll try to get there before 9. I pulled up at 8:58 and the guy was locking the door, and watched us pull up and decided to still walk away. Open sign was still on and everything. So not only did they close early, he also closed early knowing I was rushing to get there before they closed (which I did, but he locked the door basically in our faces).

Very poor service. When I entered there was one person waiting. No one in front, when the two employees did come up front, they did not speak to anyone, just took their places at the registers. Lack of enthusiasm, acted like they didn't care to be there. One man leaning on the register like he was tired. I stood in line over 20 minutes which I didn't mind because I knew they were assisting people looking up parts. The man at one register was told he would have to order a part, he declined and said he would go somewhere else. Two people were now in line behind me. Another lady walked in and was wandering around looking for something, she then stood off to the side of the line as if she had a question.
