I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this auto repair shop. In the beginning, they seemed very professional and trustworthy. They spoke nicely, explained things confidently, and made it feel like my car was in good hands. Unfortunately, once they had my business, everything changed. They installed what appear to be cheap, low-quality parts on my car, and shortly after, they started asking for even more money. It honestly felt like a bait-and-switch situation. The transparency and professionalism they showed at the start completely disappeared. To make matters worse, I asked them to reset my oil change light (which was actually the inspection due light), and they couldn’t even fix something that basic. I had actually tried a mobile mechanic service before and they were just not good at all. I then came across Johnny On The Go and I am so glad I did! I called on a Friday afternoon. Saturday morning at 9am they were at my house in downtown Orlando!!! I needed a starter motor replaced (I tried and failed) and I was very frustrated with it. They showed up and took care of me in no time. I can't believe how well the job was done and I was 100% happy with the result. He’s upfront, easy to work with, and completely transparent about the work your vehicle needs.
