This place is amazing and i highly recommend. They do amazing service everytime and are extremely upfront and honest! For someone who not well educating in cars i appreciate a shop that will do a thorough and be honest with the services o truly need while explaining in a way i can understand. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very honest. My son came in to see why his windows were not going up and down. We went to Lexus service department and charged him $260 to look at and told him they can fix the problem but will cost him. We said we will sleep on it. Went to other auto mechanics they said the same the thing. Came here and Shanna I think that is her name was a God sent. It was a simple troubleshoot and it cost us nothing. She could have easily charged us like Longo Lexus did. But she was honest and was able to get my son’s windows to his Lexus working great. We did want to pay her for what she did but she kept saying no. So ROSE CITY PIZZA for them.

I gave Johnny a call around noon asking if they had time to do a four wheel alignment they told me to come in. I did and I’m super happy with the service and the work. Great pricing and even better I feel like my car is running brand new and driving as straight as ever. Friendly, communicative, knowledgeable, prices seem a little high but that is all over when in comes to car repairs. Received my car when promised. I would recommend.
