I had a great experience at Johnny's Automotive. They did a fantastic job repairing my emergency brake and fixing my headlights, and the service was excellent from start to finish. After discovering an oil leak, I was referred to Johnny’s and received exceptional service. Mike (the manager) and team diagnosed the issue (two oil leaks) immediately—complete with photos—and provided a clear, itemized estimate. Despite my tight 48-hour deadline to leave the state, they fit me in, provided a loaner vehicle, and finished the job by noon the next day. Efficient, transparent, and incredibly accommodating!

Professional, Courteous, and human. Not only explained everything, sent corroborating pictures, and walked us through each step, they helped us with a loaner so my wife could have safe transport to work. Called Johnny’s Automotive to have my A/C serviced since it was blowing hot air. They were able to schedule an appointment the following afternoon. The following day, my car was ready and the A/C was blowing cold; however, since all of the coolant had leaked out, it is assumed there is a leak somewhere in the system. They added dye and told me to come back after about a week so they could check the system again and hopefully locate the leak, free of charge. I will follow up with that. Great service and personable personnel. Very happy to have a new location in Frostproof. The facilities are well maintained and clean. The waiting room (Lake Wales) was immaculate with snacks and water. A gorgeous red rose on the dash when my car was ready to be picked up was a really nice touch! Thank you!
