I went to this place with only one specific vehicle in mind. After going over the year, mileage, test drive, and price it seemed too good to be true. I almost walked away from the vehicle but John reassured me time and time again that this would be a great purchase and he was absolutely correct. He also gave me a courtesy call a few hours after the purchase to make sure that my drive home went well, and went ever further to tell me that if I had any issues down the line that he’d help me work my way through it. I’d recommend John to anyone!

I really appreciate John and his team. They are very kind and friendly. This was my first time purchasing a car in the U.S., and they supported me not only with the car, but also with advice about living here. If you are worried about buying a car, I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with the purchase a low mileage Fiat for a fair price John doesn't seem like a used car salesman he's more like a friend that wants you to walk away happy and that I did. Also he saved me money because unbeknownst me I had a credit at the DMV so he was able to save me some bucks. The car runs really well besides some dings with buying a used car it was definitely not run through and a great value. Love my car

So happy my family and I found John's Auto Sales!! We needed to purchase a car within a short notice time. We came across he's website and decided to stop by to check out a couple of cars we were interested in. So happy we did! John and he's teams were honest, friendly, and provided great customer service. They really go above and beyond! The car we purchased runs great, looks great, and priced good! I recently visited John Auto Sales to look at a Jeep Commander and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Shortly after starting the vehicle, the check engine light came on. Upon further inspection, we noticed an oil pan leak and signs that the AC compressor was on its way out. The brakes and rotors were also in poor condition. For a used vehicle at this price point, I understand that minor repairs can be expected — that’s not the issue. The problem was the response. We brought our mechanic to take a look, and instead of having an open and honest conversation, the salesperson became very defensive and started speaking aggressively. When asked about the AC compressor concerns, he stated that it is “supposed to get stuck intermittently,” which is simply not accurate and felt dish
