John's checked out my two concerns and determined on the first it was best to not waste my money and their time since the fault was not currently happening. I greatly appreciated this. They offered a cause and solution for the second which I accepted and my vehicle is no longer making the noise which caused me concern. I'm very happy with the service I received.
