If I could give a zero I would. I reserved a Uhaul on line at this location 3 weeks in advance. Luckily I called the day before my pickup time to confirm the equipment was there. Christian advised me there were no trucks available but he would make some calls. I followed up the following afternoon and he still didn't have a truck or any information about when or where I might find one. I ended up calling Uhaul corporate myself and was told they were not made aware of the lack of equipment. It would appear that Christian had not made any attempt to ensure my reserved equipment was available. I worked directly with the regional Uhaul dispatch to locate equipment. I never even received a follow-up call from this location regarding my reservation. Highly unprofessional.

Spoke with the business about repairing my bumper. The lady was very nice and assured me that the issue could be dealt with and invited me to bring my car on over
