John's Towing

My insurance company sent Pratt’s/John’s towing to my disabled vehicle on US 1 N in St Augustine near the Shores. The tow arrived pretty quickly and Rico was awesome! Thankfully all I needed was a simple jump start, but Rico was so helpful and professional, explaining the whole process to me. I’ve jumped plenty of cars in my day but this Honda was a challenge for me due to battery placement. Rico didn’t hesitate to show me how to do it easily. Great, friendly service. Thank you! (I’m unsure of the cost because it went through my insurance.)

After receiving a terrible experience with Roger’s towing, I found John’s towing. Phenomenal experience overall and rate them a 100/10. They care about you, your vehicle and offer very fair prices. The gentleman, John who answered my call quickly was very nice and very helpful. He referred me to a 24 hour place where I could purchase a new tire. I appreciate everything John did for me.

Great service from James. He towed one of my son’s truck a couple times and my car as well and was always super nice to work with. He was very patient understanding even when he was sent looking for a non existent address with my son’s truck.
