Transparent and fair pricing. You pay the price they tell you and they explain everything they are doing. I’ve interacted with at least 4 employees there and they were all great people. They got our vehicles in and out in the same day. Highly recommend!

The customer service here is amazing. They were great to work with and provided a very impressive auto inspection report along with the oil change. The price was also great for ordering Mobile One oil. I would recommend this shop and I will certainly be returning myself.

I had my truck fixed, I thought, at this shop. A year later it was running terribly. Another shop diagnosed the problem, the work done by Johnson's wasn't done correctly. I had the problem corrected and the truck runs fine. I called Johnson's and they have a warranty and stated they would have tried to fix it. But since I had another shop touch it, warranty void. Very expensive lesson! Would NOT reccomend!

1 star is still too much credit. This shop had my husbands truck for over a month with little to no communication. Phone wouldn’t ring, go straight to voicemail, or they just wouldn’t answer. When they did answer I was placed on hold for 20 minutes and still no one picked up the line again. Called back and was given the run around. Very unprofessional. Spent over $500 with them only for the vehicle to NOT be fixed, and actually is worse than when we dropped it off. Have tried to communicate with them to have the work done correctly or a refund and they refuse. When we picked up our truck the SECOND time two mechanics hurried off the property as fast as possible so that we couldn’t talk to them about the vehicle. Worst mechanical experience I’ve had. Out even more money than if we wouldn’t

Will definitely be taking my truck back if I need anything else done. Definitely recommend them to anyone if they need anything fixed on there vehicle great customer service and very reliable
