I have a 1995 f250 with a 460 ci engine . I had an exhaust leak knowing that I had bolts broke off in the heads. I was quoted $ 1200 plus parts which I thought was a fair deal. I ended up buying a new set of heads due to damage to the old ones that was i repairable. Heads were $1500 and when I went to pay the bill it was $2200. I paid it but a week later I had an exhaust leak again , when I called about my truck that had to be done because I needed my truck I was told it would be the next day. Of course I couldn’t do that , I already took a day off and I’m not a person that does that. The mechanic told me it was my fault because I had a warped exhaust manifold . lol what a freekn joke .
