JOHNSON CITY TOWING

Our alternator failed on the way home from vacation on a Friday afternoon. Luckily when we called Rhonda at Johnson City towing she was able to dispatch Smiley right away. Thanks to their “express” service we got to the mechanic and back on the road before closing time.

My daughter had a horrific accident. JCTowing picked up her car. When I went to pick up her belongings, they were helpful, kind, caring and patient. Very satisfied.

I’m a tow truck operator and I loved how they handle the vehicle release very helpful stuff and affordable. recommend for any one who n tow needs a tow please contact them they are the best.

Broke down here and the owner was more than courteous with assisting with our flat tire. Had a rough go with him once prior on a car that was impounded and the astronomical fees. All is forgiven after the way he assisted us and even tried to give us a tire off of his own personal trailer to replace our blown out one.

So nice, quick and professional. Popping the lock when you locked your keys (& dogs) in your truck is not their main business but they're so kind when you're terribly upset.
