Very nice people. Had a check engine light- they let me borrow their code reader. Ended up being an O2 sensor- cleared the code and they had the part on hand. Easy as pie. Really appreciate the boys who work there, very knowledgeable and very nice.

My car hesitated when I started it so I drove straight to Napa to ask if they could test the battery. I was afraid if I turned off my car it wasn’t going to start again and I would be stuck there. Kevin tested it for me and sure enough I needed a new battery. He even went the extra mile and switched it out for me. I tried to tip him and he wouldn’t accept it. This is exactly why I love living the small town life. People helping people!

I am so so happy with this store! Especially Robert. Came in with a battery problem. He installed a new one. However, the car would start and immediately die. Continually. Over and over. He never had that happen. I was there for a very long time. Felt like crying. Oh, I am a 73 year old woman. He kept on trying different things. Researching online. I felt bad for him and myself. So called AAA. Would take 89 minutes to arrive. I live in rural Texas. Sooo, just hanging out. I n an auto parts store in rural Texas. Suddenly, Robert comes in saying, “cancel AAA! Got it running!” He did not give up!! Told me where to take the car for follow up. Fabulous person!!!!! Thank you!!!!!!

My car gave a sudden warning on my way to Fredericksburg, I called Napa and told them the issue. When I arrived at the location, the product was at the register waiting for me. Robert then helped me get patched up and on the road in no time. Thanks to Robert and the team for top notch service!

A hometown auto parts store that really care about their customers. Couldn’t start my truck so I called Napa and they were very helpful and was able to deliver me a battery and install it within 30 minutes. They are awesome and highly recommend
