All staff was very polite an professional! I was out of town an broke down, they had me back up an going in a very timely manner! They not only did they take the time to answer all questions, but kept me updated throughout the whole process.

I’m a student at Alabama and I was headed back to Texas for winter break and my car started to wobble and I couldn’t continue driving. I stopped here an hour into the drive and they were able to get me in and fix my car so I could make it home safe for the rest of the drive. The staff at the quick lube was so kind and helpful and I am so thankful for their help!!

After 2 places in town almost ruined me, I came to the Quick Lube team leaking oil all over. They immediately knew what the issue was and got me back on the road. I cannot say enough how much I appreciate their professionalism and efficiency. It’s hard to find reliable work nowadays and I’m grateful I found them.

2012 jeep wrangler sport had an engine light... the lube shop confirmed the light as an oil sending unit, but didn't repair it... the oil sending unit was finally replaced. The next day the light returned and the $700 plus bill was brought into question. The vehicle was referred to the service department for repair. Service advisor (Donnie Adcock) took charge, reviewed all the paper, took time to listen and investigate the problem. It appears to be an simple oversight in coding and the light was turned off. Mr. Adcock was professional and is to be commended for his professionalism and attitude while working with a customer.
