Great place. Old school feel with all the latest tech. Shelby Kieth and all the crew were awesome. I was told my 2016 Ford Explorer needed a very expensive transmission by another facility, but after diagnosis at Johnson’s it was fixed properly for a fraction of what I expected. Recommend to anyone.

I bought a used truck which I later found out had a tune in it with no tuner. I had purchased my own tuner just to find out it wouldn’t work until my truck was flashed to stock! The dealership said they could not do it and I would have to buy a new computer and get it programmed. This would have cost me a couple thousand dollars. I got a hold of Shelby and he said bring it in we can take care of you. Met with Shelby at my appointment day and time and chatted about different tuners that he would recommend for what I was wanting to do with my truck while his tech took care of the flashing. After an hour to hour and a half my truck was back to a stock tune and for less than $200!!! I ordered a new tuner based off of Shelby’s recommendations and was able to fine tune my truck just the way

I had my truck worked on at Johnson Engine Service recently and had nothing but a great experience. Not knowing what the problem was, I took my truck in thinking it was one thing when it actually turned out to be something completely different. The owner Shelby was very kind and respectful keeping me informed the entire process and my truck now runs like new again. A hardworking, fair, extremely knowledgeable, and honest crew.

I am a general contractor on the Oregon coast. A 2003 Dodge ram 3500 is my main work truck. The truck had been having issues for a few years now... Things like the speedometer bouncing around like it had a mind of it's own from sitting still to going down the highway. Also gauges started to shut off then turn back on. With much research and help from a few local shops I had replaced the instrument panel and a couple sensors. Nothing helped.... Then it came down to the main computer..... Shelby and Keith did a great job fixing my car. The car was an absolute disaster and requires some pretty thorough and intensive knowledge to fix. They were very fair on the price and found many used parts to repair things to keep the cost down low. Highly recommended
