Their Service Team are 1st Class. When I called to make the appointment to have my truck serviced, it was quick and easy. The day of my service I dropped my truck off using their convenient drop box before they actually opened. My truck was ready on time. I appreciate their attention to customer service.

Great service, got me in my car same day. No run around. Stopped by on my lunch and drove it back to work.

I brought my car in right at closing time and from the start they jumped in to action. Took my keys and my information and told me I would get a call first thing in the morning. I talked with a manager while I waited on my ride and he informed me they still had people working in the back for safety concerns. The service receptionist called and it was a recall issue and she got the technician to get right on it. The communication and customer service was outstanding.

Purchased a new vehicle and had a few mechanical issues but the team at Johnson Ford did everything they could to remedy the issues and have had no issues since. Thank you.
