Southern Tire Mart

On July 1, 2024, I recently visited Southern Tire Mart to have five trailer tires changed, costing me $1057.20. After driving just 51 miles from the shop, I noticed grease leaking from my trailer hub cap, clearly indicating damage caused during the tire change. When I contacted the manager to report the issue, he unprofessionally tried to shift the blame onto me. Despite my assurance that I was not seeking a refund or free service, but merely wanted the damage acknowledged and fixed, he responded with rudeness and eventually hung up on me. I also attempted to get the manager’s name by texting the receptionist but received no response. All I sought was a simple, respectful apology and an admission of fault. Amazing service, our tire blew out on I-65. With drive flat tire we were able to drive to this location and waited for them to open at 7am, everyone were great, got our Pirelli tire from Mobile and had us on the road by 9am. VERY IMPRESSIVE SERVICE!

I tell you Mr Frank and Jr or top notch, going home from out of town and got a flat right on the exit where this store is located, I must say we were extremely lucky,thank God ..we ended up needing 3 tires, and Mr Frank took real good of us,thanks again guys

I had some older 38x15.50r20 tires on Big Red. Got a new set and was pleased they had some in stock. Great service and knowledgeable. Will definitely be a repeat customer, and definitely recommend. Big Red looks a lot better. Thank you.
