I have had Erie Insurance for several years and they have been wonderful to deal with. Harriet is usually the one that I talk to when I call the office and she is so very kind and pleasant to talk to. She is always helpful and gets me the information that I need.

We have used Johnson Insurance Group for several years now, for both our personal needs, as well as for our business. They are all friendly and helpful, but Harriet is my main contact, and who I request when I call. If anything is "off" on the paperwork, or if my payment happens to be late, she makes sure to call me and give me a heads up before fees hit- huge lifesaver :)
