This place is amazing! We walked in on a wing and a prayer, and now we are driving our new to us Ram 2500! Jason and Derik were amazing, and got us in and out very quickly. 10/10 would recommend. We will drive the 4 hrs to come back and buy from them again!!!

Want to send a special thanks to the Service Advisor Mark and the rest of the team for fitting me in for warranty service. I know their schedule was busy for days, but took care of me as quickly as they could and, as someone who lives close to 200 miles away, we got the ol blue Ram back on the road and home in time for family visitors. Good people, highly recommended.

Couldn't recommend Johnson & Sons enough! I needed body work done that needed to be addressed quickly. While other dealerships told me there was nothing they could do, Ryan and his team addressed it quickly and made sure they got me in as soon as they could. Extremely satisfied with their work and customer service!

I’ve contacted & utilized the service & parts many times. In that time, I have had the pleasure of interacting with one exceptional mechanic (wish I could recall his name, because he has helped me so much) & one good customer service representative as well, However, Mark (customer service) is extremely condescending. I hate when I have to work with him, because he finds a way to make every single interaction terrible. I highly recommend skill building work for that employee or remove him from the customer service role.

Friendly and helpful people in the service department. They took me in 15 minutes before closing, changed the filter and removed the dead mouse from our cabin air filter fan without hesitation. Their help was greatly appreciated.
