Johnson Subaru of Cary Service Center

We had an absolutely wonderful experience purchasing our new car! From the moment we walked in, Evan was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right vehicle — not just making a sale. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explained every feature clearly, and made sure we felt comfortable with each step of the process. There was no pressure at all, just honest guidance and patience. The entire buying experience was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. Tom guided us through the financial aspects of purchase. We truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. Thank you for making such an important purchase feel easy and enjoyable!

Thank You, Paul I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the excellent service Paul, our service provider offered during our recent visit to Johnson Subaru. From the moment we arrived, his professionalism stood out. We appreciated him taking the time to walk us around, introduce us to the waiting area, and explain what to expect. Very clear communication—especially letting us know he would keep us updated via text on the status of the repairs—made the entire experience smooth and reassuring. His thoughtful approach and genuine care made a real difference. We did not have a long for our service.

Johnson Subaru does a fantastic job. We were very pleased with the service we received during our routine car care appointment. And we were especially appreciative of the care that Ray provided during our time at Johnson Subaru. Ray kept us informed of the status of our vehicle throughout the process and made sure we understood what work was being performed. The wait room is fitted with many things to make one’s time productive (tables and charging places/spaces for laptop work) and to provide comfort (i.e., sensory chairs and quiet room). All make one’s time at Johnson Subaru a pleasant (albeit necessary) experience. Highly recommend.

Excellent service and very professional personnel at the Cary Johnson Subaru. I waited for my car, the adminities (coffee/tea, munchies, TV etc) were great compared to other dealers who previously services my non-subaru vehicles. The friendly atmosphere and great service makes it worthwhile to bring my Crosstrek in for service every time

I was very satisfied with the service but even more so with Jordan Goodrich my service advisor. Everything was exactly as expected, time wise and service provided. This is my third Subaru and I have had a great experience with all of them and all were serviced by Subaru authorized dealers. That’s why I keep coming back for more.
