My experience with Johnson Towing today was amazing! I was so impressed with the professionalism all the way from the first phone call to the end of the service. They responded to my needs timely and reasonably. My puppers and I enjoyed riding in the cab all 89 miles! Thank you Johnson Towing for coming to my rescue!

Called and was told they will send somebody to service our truck.Nobody showed up after a day of waiting.Not reliable at all.

After already two tire blow-outs on our 2 hour journey to Mosinee, our 3rd tire blew. Johnson Towing showed up in hopes of helping us with a blown camper tire. Although he could have helped us, my husband had already ran for a new tire. Instead of leaving and potentially responding to more calls, he waited with me on the side of the road, until my husband got back, then changed our tire quicker than we could get hooked back up to the camper. He also refused anything we offered him, and sent us in the direction of an affordable tire mount place near where we were staying. We are so appreciative, as we really thought we were dead in the water. He saved our weekend.

Tried calling the company to ask a question and was met with a really rude employee who rushed me and never answered my question and just told me to call back a different day

Awesome experience with them. They arrived within 1/2 hour and were friendly and courteous. Very reasonable towing cost. I would absolutely recommend them! They are very willing to help you get going again.
