As always, amazing service! Had a hitch installed on my Odyssey. Ralph does an exceptional job no matter what my vehicle needs. As I stated in previous ratings, I will ONLY take my vehicle to Ralph's. Honest & top notch business.

I became aware of Ralph's service shop due to a review I read from a customer possibly on Google. I have given Ralph all of my vehicle work ever since. Ralph will not sell you something that is not needed. He is honest, competent, timely, friendly, and fair. He truly cares about his customers. Just overall, excellent customer service. When the situation calls for it, he will go above and beyond whenever his workload allows him to do so.

Every time we've taken a vehicle to Ralph's, he clearly explains the cost and work to be done. They do excellent work and have it done the same day. It's nice to be able to rely on an honest and reputable auto repair shop. I'd definitely recommend Ralph's Auto!

Great knowledgeable service. They will bend over backwards to keep you going! One time I came in with a tire that was loosing air. They were beyond booked, and couldn't repair the tire that night, but they filled it with enough air so I could safely get home. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I were traveling across country when the power steering went out on our truck. We called several places that were all booked and when we got Ralph's he said "bring it in and I'll take a look at it" so we took it right over. Ralph said that he could get the power steering motor replaced by noon the next day and could have us on the road by noon or one. We left our truck for Ralph to fix. Ralph stayed in constant contact letting us know what he found, what we could expect as far a cost, and maintained the initial estimate of when we could get back on the road. When we arrived to get the truck Ralph let me know all he had done - unhitched the trailer (no easy feat since it was fully loaded), looked the truck over to make sure we would be safe for the remainder of our trip,
