Brent Hauk was efficient and very helpful when my daughter was in a car accident and her car needed to be towed. He was friendly and very quick moving getting the car ready to be towed from the sidewalk. When my daughter was crying he said the most important thing was that she was alive. Cars can be replaced. We needed Johnsons' Heavy Duty towing at work. Our Grapple truck broke down at the landfill and needed to get it back to our City Fleet shop. It was late in the day, it was not an emergency. Johnson's worked with us to pick it up the following day. A dispatcher called me the night before to verify locations and scheduling for the next day. The next day another dispatcher reached out and told me when the driver will be available. Then driver (Kevin) called with an exact time of pickup. I met Kevin at the landfill with keys and we went over best routes to take, to make it the easiest on the driver.
