Jonathan's Service Center

Great customer service. I had a flat tire and called to ask if they could just replace all 4 tires at once since the treads were low. A day later my car was done! Convenient, great pricing, and just talking to them on the phone was a pleasant experience. I will now be getting all my car services done here.

I had to deduct one star. They inspected our truck but lost the wheel lock key. It was very inconvenient finding that the key was missing when having new tires installed. When asked about it they said that they had no idea where it was but admitted that they needed it in order to perform the state inspection. I know that the wheel lock key was in the glove box when we dropped the truck off and a few weeks later when we needed it, it wasn't there. Good gas and service shop. I had a slow leak in a tire and they fixed it quickly and the cost was very fair. I buy all my gas there.

This is a great family owned garage and gas station. I've been going here for years. I'm always happy and satisfied when they are done with the repair. They are very helpful in trying to save you money while doing the repair right. I always take their advice if they have any or I'm seeking it.Thanks to all.

DONT HESITATE.......GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I went there just after 4 today asking for help to change the headlight bulb on my jeep. I had just left work and was on my way home. I had the new bulb with me and told them I was willing to pay for the service. They said NO. I will never go back there not even for gas.

Jonathan's is probably the best service center in Berks County the mechanics and everyone that works there are very friendly and knowledgeable I have been going there for about 6 years but new the mechanics there and the owner Jonathan I'm very pleased with them I grew up in that area and they always had the greatest reputation I don't know why it took me so long to get there I will continue to take my wife's vehicles my mother-in-law's and my three vehicles there
