Purchased a bucket truck thru them at a very good price. Great customer service, great mechanics, very solid truck and easy to deal with. Drove it nine hours back to the shop, had minor issue going home and Aaron went above and beyond to help us out. Solid dude with great equipment. Couldn’t recommend enough

Having my own reasons for purchase of a truck of this type, I shopped around for 8 months. Finally checking out Utility. Made an appointment and had about 90 min. to check out the trucks and the crew. All were very nice and especially informative. Since I was a novice, and not being an experienced contractor, they made the process and decision much easier. Aaron being accessible post sale is a big plus.

Recently purchased my third vehicle from Utility Auto Sales. I received personal service from the owner and was able to ask detailed questions of his crew of mechanics. They make buying a large commercial vehicles easier with their extensive knowledge. I have purchased used trucks other places before, but not since my first experience here. The owner makes me feel like I'm his only customer.

Aaron is a very trustworthy and upfront person. I was weary at first that they would be another one of these equipment sellers that slaps a coat of white paint on them and send them down the road. This is NOT the case. they go through them, and if they find a problem it is fixed with the right parts. He also employs diesel engine mechanics that are excellent. I cant wait to have a need for another truck and he will be my first stop.

Buying anything over the internet can always be a daunting task but is especially daunting when you are buying used vehicles that you rely on for work. We have bought several Bucket trucks from Utility Auto Sales and they have eased our minds considerably. They provide honest pictures and represent the trucks well. We got one that had an issue we found after delivery and they worked it out with us quickly without hassle. They will always get first shot at our business.
