I manage a Fedex company here in Clarksville and Jones brothers is the only company I will call when a truck gets stuck or breaks down. They are friendly and respond fast every time. They always do what they can to get the trucks out as soon as possible. Good prices and good people 5 stars all the way around

Chipped a small corner of my center control console when they used a knife to pop it open, to try to switch my car into manual. (It wouldn’t switch which is why we had to call this company recommended by Jenkins and Wynne Ford) Otherwise, very professional and informative tech. Was diligent not to scratch the outside of my vehicle. Oiled the tires and put a sliding wedge so that it would not damage them when going onto the truck. Update: They very quickly ordered the part needed to fix this issue. Outstanding customer service by the tech and problem resolution by management.
