I can’t begin to tell you how impressed with were with Jones! From the first conversation on the phone, to dropping off and picking up once the car was completed, the process was smooth and excellent. We bought this car for our 16 year old son from a private seller and of course 2 days after, the check engine light came on. Adam kept us updated and when he was out sick the day of pick up, John stepped right in and took equally as good of care. Thank you to the technicians, John and Adam for the phenomenal customer service and for getting our guy back on the road is such a timely manner.

NEVER take your car here to be serviced! They lie about what they do, and they don't take responsibility for the problems they cause! This is the most recent time and I will not be quiet anymore. I took my car in for regular scheduled maintenance and it was running absolutely perfect. Their negligence in checking my air filter during my routine oil change and inspection on 6/16/25 caused me to be stranded out of town and have to get a tow and diagnostic done by a different dealership on 6/17/25. The dealership I was towed to told me whoever put my air filter back in stuffed it in improperly and caused a malfunction. Easily fixed but $226 in dealer fees and $135 for a tow is expensive.
