Jonestown Car Wash

Went there a few days ago and what a train wreck . The car wash malfunctions all the time. Everybody I know whose gone there before says they will never go back because It never cleans their cars right and I can completely agree. Nothing was actually cleaned and I found so many streaks on my car. Not to mention the owner is very rude and unhelpful. Definitely in it only for the money and not actually to supply jonestown with a good carwash. Will be going to lebanon for all my carwashes to follow. Also $18 to actually get the things you want in a carwash is actually robbery.

I was at this car wash today, I paid $18.00 for best car wash thinking I was going to get washed and spray on wax. I was wrong, apparently $18.00 only gets you a wash no wax! This place is way overpriced for what you're getting. I would take your 18 dollars and drive down to Lebanon, and you use one of those car washers, at least you get free vacuum use and wax.

The yellow rails are too narrow for any midsize or larger cars. I received rim damage on one the passenger side of the vehicle despite having multiple sensors and cameras on my vehicle. I came here for a car wash, and left with damage to my very expensive vehicle. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

10 out of 10 experience it even made my tires look so clean and my wheels I’ve got such a nice wax from it they accept cash card and change!!

This car wash is top-notch! I got the Best Wash package, and it’s worth every penny at just $16. It’s not your average drive-thru wash—you actually pull up, and they handle everything from your tires to a thorough rinse. What really stood out to me was how powerful the equipment is; you can hear and feel it doing its job! My car hadn’t been washed in months and was covered in salt and grime, but it came out looking great. The drying system is super convenient—you don’t have to drive slowly through it, and it still does a decent job. A quick tip: I always put my wiper blades up to ensure a full clean on the windshield, and even the blades get a bit of love. There were a couple of minor downsides: the undercarriage cleaning didn’t fully cover my car (I drive a Honda HR-V, so it’s not huge)
