The entire experience was so smooth. All staff members were incredible, but Scotty gets the credit for the sale. He was so fun, and very knowledgeable about the units we looked at. He truly made the decision to purchase very easy for us. Todd was so thorough in explaining all of our options, and walked us through all of the benefits to choose from. The owners were on site, and ready to answer questions if needed. We would definitely recommend Joplin RV as a first stop when looking for a new Motorhome or Travel Trailer.

recently purchased a 26’ 29Camp Surveyor Legend X and overall had a good experience with the dealership. The buying process was easy and straightforward, which I really appreciated. Everything moved smoothly without unnecessary pressure. Ricky, the salesman, did a good job helping with the purchase and making sure everything was handled. He answered my questions and made the process fairly simple. Robbie from the service department did my walkthrough and took the time to show me how to use the RV. He explained the systems, setup process, and maintenance basics clearly, and made sure my questions were answered before I left. Overall, it was a positive buying experience, and I’m looking forward to enjoying my new RV.

We just picked up our new 2026 Brinkley 5th Wheel yesterday. This is our 3rd RV, but our 1st purchase with Joplin RV and by far our best experience. Ricky Crisp, our sales Rep, was always there either picking up his phone to answer any of our relentless questions or find out quickly anything we wanted to know. We added several appliances and they made sure we got exactly what we were wanting, and then installed each one meticulously as if it were for their own rig. From sales to service to finance to management and even others in sales who weren’t going to receive any commission off of us, truly seemed genuinely happy for us and eager to help.
