I’m from New York and my car was giving me overheating problems on my getaway trip to Atlantic City. I was sure it was one problem but instead of wasting my money he let me know it was not that. Joseph explained my problem to me and even helped me on Memorial Day, a holiday in which was his off day. He breaks down and explains the problems you have thoroughly and is very well educated. He fixed my car and helped me get back to New York safely. Great service.

I have so much good to say about what would otherwise have been a horrible experience! Transmission on my 2012 Honda Civic took a crap while down in Atlantic City. This is about an hour away from us, so we had it towed to Joseph’s shop. He had great reviews and that made us feel like he was the right choice. This turned out to be true. He broke down for us clearly what the issues were. This included pictures and details and they were very clear as to what corrective measures were possible and what the associated costs were for each of these repairs. Needless to say we were extremely satisfied with the work and the cost. The communication was top-tier the whole time! Highly recommend! The car is running like I just pulled it off the lot!

Joseph's Auto Service was great to me. Rescued me out of a Real Jam. My car broke down on the way down to Atlantic City. Thought I had a Transmission problem. He was able to set me up conveniently with a Tow. Once car was in the shop he quickly opened Hood and saw it was a broken Serpentine Belt and a malfunctioning Tensator. He was able to have it ready for me the next morning and he was very very reasonable in what he charged me. Very Fair Price. No Ripoff. He was really very honest. Very nice man, Joseph Castillo. He really helped me out. I wish him many blessings for success and I HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend him.
