During my recent visit to Providence Auto Group in Atlantic City, I had the pleasure of meeting Gene, a member of their team who truly stands out for his intelligence and creative problem-solving skills. The staff at Providence is consistently friendly and welcoming, which creates a comfortable and professional atmosphere from the moment you walk in.

I’m very happy with the services that the shop provided for me. I had been dealing with the smell of smoke in my jeep compass from the previous owner for about two years. Had taken my car to a local detailer and unfortunately the smell didn’t go away. I had providence auto group do a detail on the in and outside of my car. As well as a smoke removal. I don’t smell any more smoke! I was stunned to see my used jeep compass look like it just came off the lot. You can really tell how much time, effort and detail that they put in to their work. I’m happy to drive around in my car and to anyone who drives in it!

Took a fleet vehicle for routine oil change. Providence auto is new vendor. Fantastic service! Had me in and out in twenty minutes. Previous vendor was dealership. Not a pleasant experience. Would take 2~3 hours. Dealership employees were miserable. Providence staff, starting with Gia, were friendly, polite, and engaging. Great place. I plan on switching my personal vehicle to the guys. Lastly, can’t say enough good about Gia. Such a nice, friendly and personable service writer. Great representative of Providence Auto!

I was stranded with a dead Alternator 2 hours away from home. The tow and service I received was prompt and efficient. Clean waiting room and bathroom. Professional and courteous all the way around. Thank you so much

It's hard to find a decent shop on the island that isn't going to rip you off. I've had multiple good experiences there!!
